SUBMISSION POLICY OF ANON KIDS MAGAZINE

Kindly provide a comprehensive set of images for consideration.
Your story should encompass a minimum of 3-4 distinctive looks.
Include a detailed credit list for each image, specifying the outfits featured.
Submission to ANON Fashion Mag should remain exclusive for a minimum of 60 days post-submission.
Please provide a range of 10-25 images at a minimum.
Ensure your editorial or story remains unpublished.
Full credits for the team involved in the production are required

We welcome submissions for online exclusive features and consider pitches for our print editions. Feel free to email us with your ideas and samples of your work. Additionally, we're continually seeking fresh talent and regular contributors, including photographers, stylists, writers, illustrators, and graphic designers. Whether you're an established professional or a rising talent, if you believe your work aligns with our style and quality, we're eager to connect with you

For photo shoot submissions, kindly provide a comprehensive selection of photographs along with a detailed credit list for all clothing and accessories featured.
If submitting a concept, please include both descriptive text and visuals to articulate your ideas. Include suggestions for potential models that complement the concept.
Writers are encouraged to include samples of their articles, whether published or unpublished, focusing on interviews and in-depth features. Additionally, please provide a brief pitch outlining three story ideas.

E-mail Submissions: If you're an agent seeking to feature one of your talents, please provide their latest profile/resume or press release. Upon review, if your idea(s) or submission(s) align with the magazine's style, we will respond promptly. Kindly email info@anonkidsmagazine.com for all pitches or submissions. Please attach PDFs or low-resolution JPEGs; refrain from using transfer or download links. We strive to respond within 5 working days to every submission received. While we make an effort to review each email, the high volume of submissions means we may be unable to respond if the work doesn't fit our criteria. If you haven't heard from us within a week, we regret that the shoot may not align with our current requirements."

When your work is approved for publication, please ensure the following details are provided:

Full credits, including models and their respective agencies, shoot assistants, and featured products/brands.
Image specifications: High-resolution images at a minimum of 300dpi. For dimensions:
- US Letter – Single Pages – US LETTER 215.9 mm Width x 279.4 mm Height in min. 300 dpi TIFF CMYK US web coated (SWOP) V2.
- Include a 3.15 mm bleed if supplying to exact dimensions. Additionally, include the story's title (if available) and a brief two-sentence biography about yourself for our contributors' page."

Additional Information:

Regrettably, we are unable to provide complimentary copies of the magazine due to printing expenses. However, we gladly offer PDF links or information on where to purchase the magazine.
Please avoid posting approved images or stories online before the official issue launch. We retain the right to retract the story in such instances.
Submitters must commit to maintaining exclusivity for 60 days. In case of cancellation by the submitter, breaking exclusivity will incur a cancellation fee of 199 USD.
Any expenses incurred during your shoot are the submitter's responsibility. Please ensure financial readiness and appropriate insurance coverage for any unforeseen damages.
Commissioning letters do not guarantee editorial publication. Final decisions rest with the editor based on submission quality and available magazine space. The issue of publication may also be subject to change.
Adherence to deadlines and acquisition of model release forms where necessary are essential.
